Bristol was named as the best place to live in the UK in a guide by the Sunday Times in 2015 and 2017 and Southville is regarded as one of the most sought after areas within it.

It is a prime example of urban living, with an array of independent shops, cafés and restaurants, underpinned by a strong sense of community.

North Street is the hub of the community and is a few moments stroll away from the Cigar Factory. Here you will find the areas very own craft brewery; the Bristol Beer Factory and the Tobacco Factory; which is the well-established home to the Tobacco Factory Theatre with its diverse range of shows and events, café/bar and host to the weekly Sunday Market as well as special Street and Night Markets throughout the year.

Independent cafés, restaurants and food shops, including a delicatessen and a free range butchers shop, are all to be found on North Street which is also host to several annual events including UpFest, Europe’s largest Street Art and Graffiti Festival, Bedminster Winter Lantern Parade and North Street Summer and Christmas Fairs.

Within easy access of the City Centre, Harbourside, green spaces and transport links, Southville life has everything you could wish for...
